LITTLE PLAYERS. LOTS OF CARE.

Privacy, with care.

A little peace of mind, so you can focus on their little moments of wonder.

PRIVACY POLICY   ·   Effective date: September 24, 2026

Little game. Big respect for privacy.

In short: Little Halloween does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything the game remembers stays on your device.

Who we are

Little Halloween (“the app”) is a puzzle game for children aged 2–5, developed by Aleksandr Shevliakov, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this policy, write to littlegamesios@gmail.com.

Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for a name, age, email, photos, contacts, location or any other personal information, and it has no sign-in or account of any kind. The app does not send any data to us or to third parties.

Information stored on your device

  • Game progress. Which rounds were played and where the pieces were placed are saved in the app’s local storage on the device so the child can continue later. This data never leaves the device and is deleted when the app is deleted.
  • Motion sensors. The app reads the device’s motion sensors to tilt the background slightly as the device moves (a parallax effect). This is processed instantly on the device; it is not recorded, stored or transmitted, and iOS does not ask for a permission for it.

In-app purchase

The first rounds are free; the remaining rounds can be unlocked with a single one-time purchase. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, Apple Account, payment card or any other payment details — the app only asks iOS whether the purchase has been made. Apple’s handling of that information is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

The purchase screen is behind a parental gate: an adult has to solve a simple arithmetic problem before any purchase or restore can be started.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs. It has no links to websites or social networks and does not track users across apps or websites.

If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. This information is collected by Apple under its own privacy policy, does not identify you or your child, and is used only to fix bugs.

Children’s privacy

The app is made for young children and is designed not to collect personal information from anyone. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children, in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your choices and rights

Since we do not hold any data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. To remove the game progress stored on the device, delete the app. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at the address above and we will reply.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We will not start collecting personal information without updating this policy first.
